Trip Advisors Reviews:
The Runach Arainn glamping site has three yurts available two 20ft yurts that sleep up to 6 people and one 18ft that sleeps 4 people.
The yurts are spacious and private, offering you a luxurious glamping experience the yurts are built in Scotland but are styled as a traditional Mongolian round dwelling structure.
Highland Yurts hand-built each of the yurts using larch wood. Lighting within yurt is provided by means of solar powered lights which means it can be a little dim during the gloomier months. It is probably worth bringing a torch or two.
The two larger yurts contain a Luxury double bed and two double futons / sofa bed. The smaller yurt just has the bed and two single futon beds. All bedding, towels, crockery, and cooking utensils are provided for you so all you need to bring is an adventurous attitude and yourself and your clothes of course.
The Yurts have their own outdoor sitting area with a picnic bench where you can sit and enjoy the stunning views of the island scenery.
The yurts can be heated with a central wood burning stove which doubles at a cooker. The yurts are insulated to keep the heat in during the winter months.
