Prioritising Mental Health and Family: A Break from Blogging
I’m taking a break from writing my blog, lovearran.com, to focus on my mental health, family, and supporting men’s health initiatives. It’s been challenging to juggle the demands of a full-time job with the commitment to maintaining a blog. I’ve noticed myself feeling increasingly stressed, overwhelmed, and burnt out. I need to give myself the space and time to recharge, refocus, and rediscover my passion for writing. I also want to raise awareness about the importance of men’s mental health. Too many men are struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.
