Help! We are novice fishermen! My father was a passionate fly fisherman and I spent many hours as a child on the West Coast of Scotland getting bitten to death by midges as he cast for salmon or climbing endless hills for him to fish in hill lochs. Unfortunately I didn’t acquire a great deal of skill. Now I and my family are coming to Arran, plus his old rods and flies. Is there anyone who would teach us to fish with them?
