Nestled on the shores of Loch na Davie, in the picturesque village of Lochranza, lies the Isle of Arran’s first distillery. Production began almost 30 years ago, and since then the distillery has gone on to produce a wide range of award-winning whiskies.

North Sannox Pony Trekking offers horse riding activities for beginners and experienced riders. It is a family-run business located on a working hill sheep farm on the northeast side of the Isle of Arran, established in 1981. The Trekking and Riding Society of Scotland (TRSS) approves it. It is situated about a mile north of Sannox, and it is well-signposted. The farm is a 20-minute drive from Brodick, where the main ferry terminal is, and 15 minutes from Lochranza, where the ferry from Argyll docks.
